Show Information
Booth Planning
Each booth will be provided with an 8’ GRAY & WHITE background drape and 42’’ coordinating color side divider drapes depending on location of booth space, 1-side chair, GRAY booth carpet and booth ID sign. The booth area will be carpeted in GRAY and the aisles will be carpeted in BLUE.
Cleaning:
All booths must be completely cleared of debris and kept clean at all times. Any extraordinary cleaning will incur additional charge of $250 per day.
Product Display:
All booths should be fully stocked and well merchandised with product listed on your program only! The Arett Sales' Merchant staff must approve all products displayed in booth. No exceptions!
Advanced Freight (delivered to your booth by 8am on 9/16/2012):
Advance freight is the preferred method of fast and accurate product delivery. ALL freight should be marked with YOUR VENDOR NUMBER to insure accurate delivery.

Materials should be shipped to ARRIVE at AEX warehouse NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 10, 2012. Any shipments received more than 30-days prior to the Move-In will incur additional charges. “Empty” stickers are provided during move-in to affix to boxes. Please mark your exhibitor # and booth # clearly on these stickers. These boxes will be returned to you for repacking at the end of the show.
Freight Direct to Convention Center:
All freight sent direct to the convention center will incur the Advanced Freight fee. All freight unloaded at the loading docks must be handled and delivered to booth by AEX . UPS and FedEx deliveries direct to the Convention Center will incur an additional handling charge. Please consider this carefully.

Shipments will be received at the exhibit facility ONLY on: SEPTEMBER 16, 2012 between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM & SEPTEMBER 17, 2012 between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Hand-Carried Freight:
Carried freight must go through the front of the Convention Center and up the freight elevators. No freight on the escalators. Cars parked illegally in front of the Convention Center are subject to tickting and towing.
Show Breakdown and Outbound Freight:
It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to arrange shipping of their booth - you must have a preferred carrier prior to the show setup to ship all your products. Carriers must check in no later than 9/20/2012 between 3:15pm - 6pm, otherwise, it will be shipped by AEX Services, freight collect. AEX Services will ship all samples freight collect to the location designated by the Exhibitor with credit card payment. Exhibitor is responsible for repackaging booth materials in their original cartons and leaving them in booth area “ready for shipment”.
If additional packing or clean up is necessary there will be an additional handling charge of $250.
